AFFIDAVIT AND DECLARATION OF RELIGIOUS SENTIMENT
of The Temple of Advanced Enlightenment, High Temple Priest – Rev. Garrett Wozneak.


I, Garret Wozneak, am a resident of Bangor, Maine. My mailing address is 240 Center St. Apt. 2. My date of birth is 01/02/1980. I now state for the record under penalty of perjury that: The Cannabis Hemp Plant is The Holy Sacrament and Divine Inheritance of my religion, and that its use in all of its many manifestations is mandatory in my mode of worship.

I KNOW that the Cannabis Hemp Plant is the biblical "Tree Of Life", the biblical "Seed Bearing Herb", "Plant of Renown" and is also the biblical "Tree" of which the leaves are "for the healing of the nations". I sincerely believe that the Cannabis Hemp Plant has been extensively utilized by every human culture throughout all of history, and was directly responsible for the initial development of the world’s religions. Cannabis is our Divine Inheritance.

I KNOW that the Holy Cannabis Sacrament is absolutely necessary for mankind’s understanding of, and proper participation in, God’s Divine Plan.
I KNOW that my uses of the Cannabis Hemp Plant are not harmful to myself, or to society in any way.

I KNOW that the Cannabis Hemp Plant will extend my lifespan, improve my health, and enhance my quality of life. I KNOW the Cannabis Hemp Plant transcends all known forms of prejudice to bring people together in common communion.

I KNOW that the Cannabis hemp Plant IS THE ONLY HOPE for the salvation of the Earth, and WAS PLACED ON EARTH BY GOD/Pure One FOR ALL HUMANITY to meet virtually ALL of our legitimate Earthly needs.

I DECLARE THAT I am being SUBSTANTIALLY BURDENED in my religious exercise by federal and state laws that restrict my religious use of the Cannabis Hemp Plant, and the various material manifestations of the Cannabis hemp Plant including the fibers, living seeds, flowers, and oils, as required in my mode of worship.

I KNOW that I have the constitutional and inalienable right to practice my chosen religion as protected under The Religious Freedom Restoration Act, Maine State Constitution, The Maine Civil Rights Act, The First Amendment to The U.S. Constitution, U.S. Public Law, 22 U.S.C. 6401, The Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA), and International Human Rights Treaties.

I KNOW that each human is born to freely seek the truth about God/Pure One.

I HEREBY SOLEMNLY AFFIRM, under penalty of perjury, that the aforesaid statements are true and complete to the best of my ability, as indicated by my signature below on the date indicated.
