These Divine Laws shall be construed in such a way that they never hinder the freedoms of the Universal Constitution guaranteed to all people of this or any other realm or universe.

Article 2) - Temple Membership

A) All Temple Members shall be divided between New Members and Trusted Members and shall be identified as such on any system of identification issued by the Temple. Any member regardless of status who is found to be in violation of Sacrilegious Offences will be renounced by the Temple.

A1) New Members (Truth Seekers) - New Members must reasonably demonstrate their sincere desire to join the Temple. New Members are obligated to perform regular community service and to contribute to the Temple. These factors shall be up to the High Council's discretion in special cases not considered here.  Continued membership will be contingent on the member's strict adherence to the following rules:
1) NO violations of sacrilegious offenses will be tolerated.

3) New Members may only consume sacrament under the direct supervision of Temple clergy.

Continued Trusted Status will be contingent on the member's strict adherence to the following rules:

2) Affidavit of Spiritual Use
4A) Trusted Members may transport, consume and possess sacrament for religious use.
4B) Trusted Members may only transport sacrament between Temple and Home. No other transportation is acceptable or necessary.
5) Trusted Members may not transfer, consume or otherwise share Sacrament with any non member. Even in cases were the non member may be interested in the Temple. This discretion is always left to Temple Clergy, not members.

Article 3) - Cultivation & Possession of Sacrament

A) Cultivation: Only the High Temple Priests may cultivate the Sacrament in accordance to organic methods that best suit Mother Earth. The Temple must include any and all such security measures necessary to protect the Temple's sacrament and the well being of society. Sacrament must be properly marked by the Temple to insure proper identification along with the ID Number of the High Temple Priest. Cultivation may not exceed what can be reasonably used by the Temple.

B) Possession: Only Temple Clergy and members designated as Trusted may possess Sacramental Cannabis for religiously spiritual and medicinal use in accordance to the Rituals and Ceremonies of the Temple.  Sacrament must be placed within a Temple Medicine Bag to insure proper identification along with the ID Number of the member/clergy.

C: Distribution: Temple Clergy may distribute as necessary to other Temple Clergy and to Trusted Members. Such distribution shall not be in excess of what can reasonably be used for such purposes. Sacrament must be placed within a Temple Medicine Bag to insure proper identification along with the ID Number of the member/clergy.

Article 4) Temple Rituals and Traditional Ceremonies

1) Sacred Smoking Circle: Also called the Common Communion of People. This ritual is in deference to 30 years of religious and governmental suppression. Clergy must give prayer. Participating members stand or sit in a circle and consume/smoke marijuana. The Peace Pipe must be passed clockwise to symbolize the passage of time. Many circles are often commenced at 4:20am/pm to honor those who have been suppressed by Illegal Search and Seizure (Police Code 420). Usually each member of the circle consumes about 1 gram of sacrament during this ritual. With each inward toke we take into ourselves the reality of a better future and with each exhalation, we blow away negative energies. Each circle is concluded with Food and Drink, prayers and contemplation. The circle itself is a symbol of never-ending communion and fellowship.

2) The Vision Quest: The clergy or member is purified by fasting for one (1) week. Water and hydration are vital during this period. Participant must not partake of sacrament for this week of fasting. Participant is then brought to a remote area designated for such use by the Temple, to partake in Sacrament, water and music. Participants will experience a form of Enlightened mind that is special and unique, often having sincere and deeply meaning personal transitions of consciousness and Enlightenment.

3) Blessing of Meals: Sacrament is consumed before each meal, giving thanks to our creator for providing a bountiful harvest. The sacrament will not only aid in the appetite, but in the fundamental reception and incorporation in the giving of thanks into the spirit, mind and heart.

4) Blessing of Home: Sacred Smoking Circle followed by prayer and contemplation. This may be completed in a central area of the home usually followed by food and drink.

5) The Holy Anointing: The clergy are ordained using Holy Anointing Oil made of the Divine Sacrament. The oil is poured over the face. This ritual induces the closest union between people, Mother Earth and the Pure One and is held is highest regard. This ritual includes music, feasting and prayer.

6) Honoring the Deceased: The Sacred Smoking Circle is formed. This may also be performed in private as this is a very personal ritual of great spiritual and psychological  importance. With each inward toke we remember the best of those we have lost and with each exhalation we send our Love and prayers to them, carried by the Divine Smoke. We thank Mother Earth and the Pure One for giving us such a wonderful opportunity and recognize that death is not the end of life. Death is the great ascension of purest Enlightenment, where those we honor shall commune with the Pure One in Mother Earth Garden.  We will see our Honored Friends and Family when we attain such bliss.

Article 5) Sacrilegious Offenses

Sacrilegious Offenses require the immediate termination of membership or clergy status. Sacrilegious Offences will be reported to the High Temple Council. The High Temple Council must report any and all sacrilegious offences to the proper authorities, since the very nature of sacrilegious offences negate any probable conclusion of spiritual and religious use.

1) Distribution to Non Members by any non-clergy Temple Member is strictly prohibited.
2) Use or abuse of any other narcotic or controlled substance not under the supervision of a doctor is strictly prohibited.
3) Intolerance towards any member of society for any reason deem a violation of religious freedom or a violation of civil rights.
4) Harming another member of society. (Assault, criminal threatening, etc...)
5) Destruction of public or private property.
6) Denouncing the Cannabis Sacrament, the Divine Inheritance of our faith.

Protect Religious Freedom! We ask that even if you disagree with us that you stand beside us, united by our uncommon differences, to work peacefully for religious freedom. If the government is allowed to persecute and prevent us from worshipping as we choose, then the government will have set the precedent necessary to proclaim what is or is not orthodox about a religion, it's downhill for everyone after that.
